Terms and Conditions
All natural or legal persons, if they meet the following conditions, can become members of the trade association with the approval of the board of directors
Membership of legal entities
Organizations that are active in the related field can become members of the association
* Citizenship of the Islamic Republic
* Accepting and complying with the provisions of the association’s statutes
* Legal establishment in the geographical area of trade union activities
*Employment in the relevant profession and providing valid documents that the employer is in accordance with the labor law
* A valid license to work for professionals in the relevant industry includes an active business card with the subject of wood import activity or having a record of importing wood and raw materials for the wood industry.
Membership of natural persons
Natural persons can also become members of the association by providing relevant licenses
* Citizenship of the Islamic Republic
* Accepting and complying with the provisions of the association’s statutes
* True establishment in the geographical area of trade union activities
*Employment in the relevant profession and providing valid documents that the employer is in accordance with the labor law
* A valid license to work for professionals in the relevant industry includes an active business card with the subject of wood import activity or having a record of importing wood and raw materials for the wood industry.

Objectives and Vision of the Association
In order to facilitate the relations of natural and legal persons, members with relevant organs and institutions, the Association will act as an intermediary and mediator and in this regard will pursue the following objectives:
- Accepting responsibility and cooperating with ministries, organizations and official institutions in carrying out the tasks and duties that these bodies assign to trade associations and providing them with the necessary advice
- Establishing relations with organizations and institutions related to the duties of the trade association inside or outside the country within the framework of trade activities and the laws and regulations of the country
- Participating in professional negotiations with other relevant employer organizations and planning and following up on the conclusion of collective agreements between members
- Providing expert opinions to competent authorities in the field of determining the real value of goods in pro forma (external pre-invoice)
- Communicating with the Fiscal Affairs Organization and negotiating with relevant executive bodies in the field of removing restrictions and problems of members
- Communicating and coordinating with the Ministry of Agricultural Jihad and affiliated organizations regarding the determination of Nature of imported goods
- Consultation on banking, insurance, trade union problems and tax affairs, legal advice on contracts and agreements
- Organizing conferences, seminars for members and non-members
- Concluding joint memorandums of understanding with organizations, departments and ministries in order to create bilateral interaction and the welfare of individual and legal entities members.
